kanz1 FAQ – Answers to Pakistan Betting Questions

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are normally instant. IBFT bank transfers can take up to 1 business day. If your deposit has not arrived after the expected processing time, first check your kanz1 transaction history under Account → Transactions. If the deposit shows as "Pending", allow the processing window to complete. If it has been more than 2 hours for a mobile wallet deposit, or more than 1 business day for an IBFT transfer, contact support@kanz1.ws with your transaction reference number and we will investigate immediately.

kanz1 does not charge any deposit fees of its own. However, your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank — may apply standard service charges on transactions. These are applied by the payment provider, not by kanz1. The amount credited to your kanz1 PKR wallet will reflect the net amount received after any third-party charges.

Go to Account → Withdraw, select your preferred withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is possible — due to rain, poor light, or any other cause — kanz1 voids all bets on that match and returns stakes to your account in full.
