Important: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and kanz1. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on kanz1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the kanz1 platform, accessible at kanz1.ws and any associated mobile applications or services provided by kanz1.
1.2 kanz1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members of material changes via email or platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.3 Continued use of kanz1 following a published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any updated Terms, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using the platform.
1.4 These Terms should be read alongside kanz1's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and kanz1.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
2.1 The kanz1 platform is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal and kanz1 takes a zero-tolerance approach to any attempt to circumvent age restrictions.
2.2 kanz1 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any member at any time. This may include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
2.3 If kanz1 discovers that an account has been registered by or is being used by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated from the account will be forfeited.
2.4 Users who have voluntarily self-excluded from kanz1 or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register a new account during the self-exclusion period. Any account registered in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any funds returned minus bonuses and disputed winnings.
Age Verification: kanz1 uses automated and manual age and identity verification processes. We partner with certified Know Your Customer (KYC) verification services to maintain compliance. All new members should be prepared to verify their identity when requested.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on kanz1. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through different devices or IP addresses — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. kanz1 is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect registration information provided by you.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kanz1 account login credentials. kanz1 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kanz1 immediately at support@kanz1.ws.
3.4 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Attempting to transfer an account or using another person's account credentials is a breach of these Terms.
3.5 kanz1 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason for refusal.
4. Deposits and Payments
4.1 All transactions on kanz1 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kanz1 does not support foreign currency accounts or require users to convert funds into any currency other than PKR.
4.2 The following payment methods are currently accepted by kanz1 for deposits:
- Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
- JazzCash (mobile wallet)
- NayaPay (digital wallet)
- SadaPay (digital wallet)
- IBFT — Interbank Fund Transfer
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
4.3 The minimum deposit on kanz1 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kanz1, however payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside kanz1's control.
4.4 Deposits are credited to your kanz1 PKR wallet instantly upon successful completion of the payment transaction. kanz1 is not liable for delays caused by payment provider systems, mobile network outages, or banking infrastructure issues.
4.5 You confirm that all funds deposited into your kanz1 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. kanz1 takes anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations seriously and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.
Payment Security: kanz1 does not store your full card numbers, mobile wallet PINs, or banking credentials. All payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment partners using PCI DSS compliant infrastructure.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal requests on kanz1 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. kanz1 does not impose a standard maximum withdrawal limit, however very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
5.3 kanz1 targets processing of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to one business day depending on interbank processing schedules.
5.4 kanz1 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside kanz1's control.
5.5 kanz1 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be held pending for up to 72 hours. kanz1 will communicate the status of any such hold via email or live chat.
5.6 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated bonus winnings being forfeited. See Section 9 for full bonus terms.
Important: Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Any attempt to withdraw to a third party's account is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 All bets placed on kanz1 are final once confirmed. kanz1 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error (see clause 6.5).
6.2 Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market type, and event. Current limits are displayed on the betting interface at the time of bet placement. kanz1 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for specific events or markets without prior notice.
6.3 In-play (live) bets are subject to the applicable odds and stake limits at the time of bet acceptance. Due to the real-time nature of in-play markets, kanz1 may suspend specific markets at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension is enforced will stand unless affected by a manifest error.
6.4 If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and does not resume within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the member's kanz1 PKR wallet.
6.5 Manifest Error: kanz1 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were published due to a manifest error — meaning an obvious mistake in odds, market, or event data. In such cases, kanz1 will communicate the voiding decision via the member's registered email address.
6.6 Suspicious betting patterns, use of automated betting systems, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit pricing errors or platform vulnerabilities is prohibited. kanz1 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts involved in such activity without prior notice.
7. Live Casino Rules
7.1 All live casino games on kanz1 — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and game show formats — are provided by licensed third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are determined by the provider and are displayed within the game interface before and during play.
7.2 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, kanz1's systems will attempt to reconnect you to the active session. If a disconnection results in a game round completing while you are unable to view the outcome, the outcome determined by the game provider's server will stand as final. kanz1 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service, device, or mobile network.
7.3 Live casino table stake limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change without notice. If no valid bet is placed before the betting timer expires, the round will proceed without your participation and no stake will be deducted.
7.4 Game provider decisions on disputed hands or rounds are final. kanz1 will refer member disputes regarding live game outcomes to the relevant game provider and will communicate the provider's determination within a reasonable time.
8. Crash Games Rules
8.1 Crash games available on kanz1, including Aviator by Spribe and other similar titles, use a provably fair cryptographic system. The crash multiplier for each round is generated before the round begins using a verifiable seeded random number algorithm. The seed values and verification method are available within the game interface so members can independently verify each round's fairness.
8.2 Once a crash game round begins, the multiplier rises until the game crashes. Members must cash out before the crash occurs. Any stake not cashed out before the crash is lost. kanz1 does not accept claims for missed cash-outs due to connectivity issues, device lag, or user error.
8.3 The auto cash-out feature is provided as a convenience tool but kanz1 does not guarantee that auto cash-out will execute at exactly the specified multiplier under all network conditions. Using auto cash-out is at the member's own risk.
9. Bonuses and Promotions
9.1 kanz1 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity period, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
9.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30× the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagering before any associated bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
9.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
9.4 kanz1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not been used or that have not met wagering requirements at the time of termination will be forfeited.
9.5 Refer a Friend Programme: Specific terms apply to the kanz1 Refer a Friend programme, including qualifying conditions for the referred member, wagering requirements for the referral bonus, and payment timelines. See the Refer a Friend page for full details.
Note: kanz1 never requires a bonus to be claimed. All bonuses are opt-in. If you prefer to deposit and withdraw without any wagering requirements, simply do not opt in to any bonus offer. Your deposit will be credited as real money with no restrictions.
10. Responsible Gaming
10.1 kanz1 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings without requiring contact with support:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
- Loss Limits: Set maximum acceptable losses per day, week, or month.
- Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
- Temporary Self-Exclusion (Cooling-Off): Restrict your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks.
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: Close your account permanently with a minimum exclusion period of 5 years. This cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
10.2 kanz1 will not send promotional communications to any member who has an active deposit limit set or is in a cooling-off or self-exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension and Closure
11.1 kanz1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
- Evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or other prohibited tools
- Account registered by or used by a person under 18 years of age
- Request by the account holder for voluntary account closure
11.2 In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, kanz1 may withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation results in confirmation of a breach, the withheld balance may be forfeited. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be released to the member.
11.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@kanz1.ws. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification checks.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
12.1 kanz1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 kanz1 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Data is shared with service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform, process payments, and maintain regulatory compliance.
12.3 You have the right to request a copy of the personal data kanz1 holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Such requests should be submitted to support@kanz1.ws.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 kanz1 provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kanz1's total liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 kanz1 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.4 kanz1 is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, mobile network failures, payment provider downtime, natural disasters, or government regulatory actions.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to kanz1's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the kanz1 platform shall first be submitted to kanz1's internal dispute resolution process before any external proceedings are initiated.
14.2 To raise a formal dispute, contact kanz1 at support@kanz1.ws with the subject line "Formal Dispute." kanz1 will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and provide a final determination within 14 business days.
14.3 If you are not satisfied with kanz1's determination, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body specified by kanz1's gaming licence. kanz1 will provide contact details for the applicable ADR body upon request.
